Founded in 1997, Paragon Prep is a private, non-sectarian school in Austin serving students from early childhood through 8th grade. We pair small classes and caring, expert teachers with hands-on, project-based learning, rich electives, clubs, and athletics, so students are known, challenged, and supported every day. Advanced math pathway

Our advanced math pathway lets qualified students move a year ahead, with the option to take Algebra I as early as 6th grade.

Proven Next Steps

100% of Paragon Prep 8th graders are accepted into the high school of their choice, including LASA, St. Stephen’s, Anderson IB, McCallum Fine Arts, St. Andrew’s, Griffin School, and St. Michael’s. Alumni continue their success at selective universities such as UT Austin, Rice, Texas A&M, Stanford, Harvard, Yale, and Columbia.
