Work Hard. Play Hard. At Paragon Prep, we live by the motto “Work Hard, Play Hard.” Whether it is in class, at social events, in clubs, or on the field, this mindset guides everything that we do. We believe that hard work brings pride—not just in the results, but in the process. This idea helps our students and teachers grow, learn from mistakes, and keep improving. It is all about becoming the best version of yourself while helping others along the way. Athletics Program We offer physical education for all students every day. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or participating in our Junior Paragon Athletic Development (JPAD) camp, there is a place for everyone. Athletics is more than just competing for the trophy. It is also about finding an outlet after a busy school day, learning about proper nutrition, and forging lifelong friendships. Students learn techniques on body movement, agility training, strength and conditioning, and yoga stretching by certified instructors. Athletics at Paragon is not just for sports, it is training for life. Learning About World Cultures in 6th Grade In 6th grade, our students learn how amazing and different people and places are around the world. They explore how others live, what they believe, and why it is important to understand and respect these differences. Our class studies the religions of the world and visits places of worship in our community. This helps our students see how others worship and live. By doing this, they learn to be kind, open-minded, and respectful to everyone they meet. Fall Fest At Fall Fest, Paragon Knights and their families come together to show school pride and have fun. It is a great way to celebrate fall and build strong friendships. This exciting day is full of challenges for the college teams. They compete in games like US History Recall, English Word Scramble, Pictionary, Nuke ‘Em, Kickball, and more! This day is the full embodiment of Work Hard, Play Hard! Valor Paragon’s Valor program is one-of-a-kind! It is a support system designed to help our students learn content, study skills, organization, and motivation. Our Valor team works with students who learn differently and connects them with teachers and learning support experts. They help each child find their strengths and develop their own way of learning. The goal is to help every student feel confident and succeed in the classroom. Colleges The Paragon Colleges program inspires our students to take part in academics, events, and extracurriculars. Students join a “college” group (divided into lower and upper school groups), where they work together and compete to win a trophy. This program helps everyone learn respect, teamwork, and responsibility. Older students become role models, while younger students practice leadership skills. Competitions include fun events like a paper airplane contest, school flag design, Rock-Paper-Scissors, dress-up days, and donation drives to help local charities.
