APPLICATION INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in Paragon Prep! Please find below information and application forms for students who wish to enter Paragon Prep Middle School for the 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Each year we offer 24 seats for fifth grade and 48 seats for sixth, seventh and eighth grades. When there are more qualified candidates for admission than there are spaces available, certain qualified candidates may be offered positions in the wait pool. Mid-year applicants for the current school year will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Applicants will need to submit the following to complete the application:

  • One-Page Application and an attached recent photo.

  • Math Evaluation Form from Math teacher.

  • English Evaluation Form from English teacher.

  • Personal Statement completed by student.

  • Records Release to be submitted to student's current school to obtain:
         Report Cards from the current year and two years prior.
         Standardized Test Reports (ITBS, TAAS, etc.) from the current year and two years prior.  

  • Admission Proessing Fee paid by check for $50 (nonrefundable). 

  • Student Visit Day - to be scheduled by parent.

  • Student Interview - to be scheduled by parent .

  • Admission Test - ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) score.*

Completed applications will be evaluated on February 1st for the following school year and then the first of each month thereafter as capacity allows.
